Promat®-SR-Imprägnierung is a ready-to-use, solvent free substance on the basis of silicates.

Application

Promat®-Imprägnierung 2000 protects such fire protection plates as:

• PROMATECT®-H,
• PROMATECT®-L,
• PROMATECT®-L500
from the direct influence of rainwaters and high humidity of the environment. At the same time, Promat®-Imprägnierung 2000 reinforces the ground by in-depth actions and protects from wiping off. The diffusion of water vapour after impregnation is retained. Correctly impregnated plates can be used outside if they are protected against precipitation (under roofing) or secured with a layer or a facing which would effectively protect them against the influence of atmospheric agents.

Surfaces placed horizontally or diagonally should be covered with e.g. zinced plate.

The impregnation does not change the plates’ qualification as non-inflammable.
